Note - I draw the proportions / style in 'my' way usually but I'll try and make sure to include relatively-show-accurate examples. Nevertheless, if you take the general idea of placement and such, it should hopefully help you in your drawings.

Well as a serious answer just in case - It's pretty much the same, 'though Changelings have thinner legs and aren't 'as' marshmallow'y on the bottom of their 'hooves', more flat basically.

The holes, kinda need balancing art-wise but generally you take sides as to where to put 'em

. . . how their anatomy works? Good 'ol cartoon logic xD; I imagined that if we were to take them realistically, the holes aren't supposed to be empty all the way through but rather craters into the body, it'd just be impossible to portray unless shown in 3D.

I'm still trying to work out how to properly position legs on my own drawings, so I'm quite sure both this and the rear leg tutorials will be quite helpful to me.
